** Yard/Green/Compost Waste Recycling Center Manager **

Green Waste Recycling Center Manager (Fort Lauderdale area, FL)  JOB3478
Regional waste services company needs a Recycling Center Manager (Green/Yard/Compost  Waste) for their Fort Lauderdale, FL area operation.  This position oversees and directs the facility as well as approximately 10 employees at the facility. 

**REQUIREMENT:  Must have previous operations management experience 
at this type of a facility**

Other EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS include:
• Proven management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of safety (OSHA) programs, equipment specifications, human and labor relations
• PC literate and comfortable with Windows Office Suite
• Some working knowledge of the Waste Industry is a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.

BASIC JOB FUNCTION: 
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of 10 personnel engaged in the loading, unloading and handling of green (yard) waste and performance of related assignments.
