Solid Waste Manager

 

National Facilities Service Company seeks  Solid Waste Manager in Houston. We have an excellent opportunity for a success driven leader who seeks out challenges to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations. The position requires heavy customer interaction and satisfaction.  Will direct Recycle Program and implement policies to ensure compliance between company and customer. Coordinate and direct operations, planning, supervision, budgeting, reports, vendor and supplier contact, and ensure compliance with all safety programs and laws. Excellent customer relations skills are a must! Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in management environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in facilities management a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishment for program compliance, i.e. safety, quality, and service.Audits and maintains inventories supplies and equipment.Analyzes & facilitates budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made.Compiles data for preparing estimatesMaintain and report on financial part of business, such as, labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting and any changes to these areasSome travel may be required for this position
