Operations Manager Trainee

Ram Tool and Supply Company is the largest specialty commercial construction supply distributorship in the Southeast, selling over 12,000 construction related products, from beginning to end of project, to its primary customer base of general contractors and subcontractors.

 

An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as the Operations Manager of one of our 18 branches.  Training will take place in Mobile with branch reassignment to follow. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

 Inside Sales SupportManagement of Warehouse, Delivery and Inside Support Staff Supervision of Customer Service IssuesEnsuring product is delivered and billed in a timely mannerAdministrative Office Duties

 

 

Requirements:

 Must be willing to relocate 2 years Operations Management ExperienceExperience in the Distribution Industry Intermediate Computer SkillsExperience in working in variant conditions (i.e. office, warehouse, yard, vehicles, temperatures)
