Job Title: Team Manager, Business Systems

 

Report to: Director, Information Technology Services

 

Responsibilities:

 Improve business processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of business application systems and/or subsystems for Sourcing/Production, Merchandising, Sales and Marketing and E-Business departmentsCollaborate with company customers, staff, IT colleagues and other stakeholders to identify customer requirements, assess impacts to other data and systems, consider available technologies, compare costs and benefits and recommend solutionsProvide IT project leadership for scope, timeline, budget, solution and implementationEnsure application systems are utilized appropriatelyCoordinate on-going training for end users on business applicationsResponsible for all communications related to application systems for user communityManage and supervise personnel and resources

 

Job Requirements:

 5+  years working experience including minimum 2+ years in project management 2+ years experience in supervision of technical professional staffBachelor of Science MIS or Computer Science Degree or related degreeExtensive Oracle/Microsoft database experience and experience with corporate ERP system development and managementProgramming and software application integration experienceStrong written and verbal communications skillsExcellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organizationExcellent organizational skills, attention to details and time managementFlexibility for occasional travel requiredKnowledge in business process in Apparel industry is a plus
