Supervisor

 





Hanesbrands, Inc. formally National Textiles, an independent, privately owned textiles company, is seeking an experienced Supervisor.  The ideal candidate will:

 Be responsible and accountable for the safety, quality, production, cost control, associate morale and procedures involved in the department





Lead and direct 20-25 associates





Knowledge of Knitting, Dyeing or Finishing Processes

 

Broad understanding of textile operations. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience or training required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Familiarity with AS400, Time and Attendance systems and Lean Manufacturing a plus.  Qualified applicants only.
