Compliance Manager

CHF Industries, Inc. a premier manufacturer and distributor of soft window and bath products, has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Compliance Manager.  Under the direction of the Director of Quality, you will communicate and maintain Ethical Compliance directives for all Customers within Federal guidelines. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

·  Extensive communications between CHF Quality Control Sourcing Team, Customers, Vendors and Agents;

·  Monitor and coordinate statistical Compliance records for Customers, Vendors, Agents, and CHF Independent Inspections;

·  Maintain Vendor Compliance database;

·  Schedule all Global Compliance Audits;

·  Effectively communicate and monitor vendor compliance adherence and maintain statistical vendor data and cost.

 

A minimum of (5) year’s manufacturing management compliance experience in fabric, with knowledge of cut-and –sew operations in either home furnishings or apparel.  Must have good organizational skills.  Excellent Computer, interpersonal and communication skills required.  Must be able to work a varied work schedule and able to travel when needed.
