CAD Artist

Charming Shoppes, Inc., a growing specialty apparel retail company based in Bensalem, PA and operating over 2,200 stores nationwide under the Fashion Bug, Catherine's and Lane Bryant, along with our Catalogue Division Crosstown Traders,  has an immediate opening for a CAD Artist in our corporate headquarters.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Designing prints, novelty screens & logos. Prefer an artist with a background in

sleepwear & kids; creativity with a whimsical hand.

 

*Knowledge of ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR a plus.

*Technical duplication  &the putting into repeat of pre-existing & ongoing  artwork

 *Recoloring of artwork and flat sketches using CAD systems

 *Maintenance of file information according to CAD studio procedures

 *Must be proficient in U4IA

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  *2-3 years experience with U4ia

  *Ability to work within tight time constraints

  *Good interpersonal skills

  *Good organization skills

  *Training on specific CAD systems will be provided
