Job Description: Excellent opportunity to work with cutting edge technology. The scope includes Nortel CS2K, IP Unity Voice Mail system, Agilent network monitoring solution and interactions with Arris & Cisco CMTSs. Excellent location. Responsibilities include but not limited to Research and solve customer trouble escalations. Help configure equipment and provide support during new market testing. Answer questions from divisions/systems about Cable One Phone product. Research problems encountered during provisioning process.
Work with NOC to research equipment alarms.
Skills/ Requirements . Candidate must have experience developing, troubleshooting or operating PacketCable-based voice solutions.
Understanding of call routing, IP routing, traffic management, and capacity planning preferred. Must be a team player and flexible. College degree preferred but not required.
