Product Manager - Wireless Product Marketing
Manage, promote, direct, plan, and coordinate activities for specific product line and ensure synergy with related product line managers on the team to ensure that product line objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and parameters.Develop strategy for product design and roll-out, including such components as pricing, bundling, introductory offers, and advertising. Work with marketing group to implement, and ensure product success.Manage product portfolio, to include all life cycle stages, pricing and positioning, and competitive analysis and tariff evaluation.Identify and develop new products, in conjunction with the product council, to augment existing Company product lines and to explore future opportunities. Assess market opportunities for development of new products.Responsible for revenue accountability, to include: revenue forecasting, monthly results analysis, and identification of actionable conditions. Reports as necessary to senior management to ensure timely positioning of Company assets and strategies.Performs all the duties of an Associate Product Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or technical field, or equivalent combination of education and technical/professional experience. Equivalent education, experience, and training may be substituted for the degree requirement.Six years of sales and marketing experience, with at least four of the six in the telecommunications business and at least two of these four in product management. Equivalent education and training may be substituted for experience.Demonstrated proficiency working with the Microsoft Office suite, to include Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.Demonstrated aggressive persuasive and creative problem-solving skills.Ability to lead and organize cross-functional meetings, committees, and people in a professional manner.Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to understand and interpret network performance metrics.
Preferred QualificationsOne year experience writing PRI`s and PRL`s.
