Job Summary

 

AFL Network Services has an immediate need for an Operations Coordinator.  This is a PERMANENT position based out of a data center in Birmingham, AL. 

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

· Must be able to read prints.

· Must have computer skills and know Word, Excel, Adobe, and be able to learn AFL applications.

· Coordinator will be responsible for pulling reports, creating estimates, and time entry for AFL data center employees.

· Work in conjunction with Wachovia representative to make sure all work is on schedule and all material is ordered for existing job.

· All paper work will be checked on a daily basis for due dates and progress.

· Coordinator will be trained on the Material Management program to order materials for the data center site. 

 

Required Experience

 

· Working knowledge of all types of cabling

· Valid State of Alabama Driver’s license required

· Available to work late at the last minute

 

Physical Requirements

 

· Pre-employment Drug Screening

· Background and Motor Vehicle Record Check

· Environmental, Health & Safety Education Training
