The Milwaukee Adecco Technical office currently has an opening for an IVR/Call Flow Specialist available in the Milwaukee area. This position is a direct hire position and the qualified candidate will work with the telecommunications team to manage the call center technology and implement solutions.

Experience needed for this position would be:
 2+ years experience in IVR design and development
 2+ years experience in VoiceXML IVR Technologies
 2+ years experience in Cisco CVP
