Vendor Documentation Specialist

ASCI, formed in 1999, provides supply chain management and procurement services to clients in the private and public sectors. Our services include outsourced contract development, negotiation and administration, as well as other aspects of supply chain management.

 

We are currently seeking a full-time Vendor Documentation Specialist to be responsible for tracking and routing of supplier drawing and data requirements as called out by client/engineer for specific projects. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

Ø  Coordinate review process of drawings and data with Suppliers, Engineering and Technical Integrity Assurance personnel

Ø  Ensure all requirements are accounted for and turned over to client within specific time constraint

Ø  Create, maintain and distribute reports; upload documents into database

Ø  Work closely with users of database to ensure timely turnover of documents

 

Requirements:

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Logistics

Ø  Minimum 2 years experience with progressive responsibilities in Documentation Services and/or Procurement

Ø  Significant organization skills and attention to detail required to take-on and deliver requirements for large projects

Ø  Proficiency with Miscrosoft Office Software

Ø  Ability to work in a team environment and a commitment to internal and external customer service

Ø  Strong written and verbal communication skills
