Supply Chain Sales Position for Air / Ocean Freight Forwarding Logistics : Japanese Speakers Needed
Our client is an industry leader in the global logistics air and ocean freight business and is actively searching for Japanese speakers to carry out sales of their services.


Job Description
This position will allow you to put your bilingual Japanese speaking reading and writing ability to use with a leader in air and ocean freight to sell their freight forwarding services to Japanese and American companies. Duties include:


Gain customers through presentation of our services and benefits over the competition using both Japanese and English depending on customers language needs.

Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through diligent and attentive customer service

Liaise with offices in Japan and handle communication with Japanese customers in the U.S.

Develop new sales through marketing efforts and follow up of leads and realization of new opportunities:


Requirements
We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:


Japanese language skills including reading and writing

Background in the freight forwarding logistics business

Sales experience and a proven track record of success

Must have work permission for the U.S.
