Store Replenishment Analyst - Wal-Mart

The Store Replenishment Analyst (SRA) is responsible for the generation and management of the turn and promotional business forecast for specific product categories for Wal*Mart. 

 

The SRA owns the recommendations for the item aggregate POS level forecast, the item/store level POS forecast, and the seasonal profiles in the Wal*Mart CPFR system.  The SRA conducts analysis to make sure that all settings in Wal*Mart’s PL system are configured and set for best optimizing Colgate’s business. It provides regular communication and analysis of business results to Customer Service & Logistics and Sales managers. It formulate specific action plans to address problems and maximizes opportunities that support both Supply Chain and Sales objectives.

 

The SRA serve as the source of communication regarding all turn and promoted volume for specified categories to Demand Planning, Specialty Packaging, Customer Service and Supply Chain areas. The SRA establishes multi-level relationships with individuals in varied supply chain disciplines within the customer as well as a direct relationship with the Category Team Leader in order to ensure maximum effectiveness of forecasting and inventory management initiatives. The SRA has direct interface with external customer.

 







Basic Qualifications:B.A./B.S. Degree 2 years minimum experience in a Customer Service, Finance, Logistics or Sales/Category Development function2 years minimum experience in a Consumer product Supply Chain/Sales/Category Management environment





 Preferred Qualifications:Experience with and working knowledge of SAPExperience with and working knowledge of Inforem Experience with and working knowledge of Wal-Mart Retail LinkRILA Certification
