SR ANALYST-CPFR/Wal-Mart

Utilize advanced planning and forecasting techniques to drive sales and maximize shelf holding power at store level. Drive sales through the management of customer DC and store level instock metrics. The analyst develops forecast algorithms at the store and/or DC level ( specified by customer strategy) for each SKU based on customer demand profiles, projected promotional/deal event initiatives, WIC, and collaboration with RPD Sales teams, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and strategic customer buying and replenishment groups. Total revenue dollars managed/impacted on CPFR exceeds $450MM.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years progressive Materials Management experience including a minimum of 3 years VMI experience and/or full APIC's Certification. Must be well versed in the use of statistical forecasting and modeling tools. Must be a Retail Link Power/Super user within the CPFR and 2-Tier modules. Must be APIC's certified or aggressively pursuing Certification. Experience with Wal-Mart strongly desired. Must have strong oral and written communication skill sets. Must score high marks on all Abbott competences especially initiative, adaptability, and teamwork. Experience and knowledge base must include contemporary inventory management theory and practical application of inventory and supply chain management practices and strategies. Must have experience with customer systems, SAP, EDI, and item set up.
