Repair Asset Modality Analyst - GPRS

CITY: Waukesha STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
The Global Repair Operations is a complex and diverse supply chain organization within the Global Parts and Repair Organization. The operation manages an inventory of $350MM and delivers approximately $30MM of variable cost productivity to the business on a yearly basis all the while maintaining strict quality standards and providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The Repair Asset Modality Analyst will report directly to the Global Repair Leader and will be responsible for the planning and procurement of spare parts for the Service business in GE Healthcare. Their main responsibilities will be to work with our external and internal suppliers, quality team, sourcing, and distribution teams to effectively manage the inventory while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction on the parts they manage.

Responsibilities include:
*Effectively plan parts by analyzing quality issues, demand patterns, and pool size minimizing any supply chain breaks
*Drive repair suppliers on improvements in repair cycle turnaround time, scrap, and repair quality
*Maintain visibility and accountability for all assets in repair pool
*Work cross-functionally with our Customer Service team to improve customer satisfaction through backlog and cycle time delivery reduction
*Own and drive key performance metrics to meet operating targets ie. Priority Score, P&E Spend, Inventory, SPAN
*Maintain strong focus on Quality throughout the Repair team

Qualifications/Requirements:
*High school diploma/GED and at least 3 years of supply chain experience
*Previous experience working in a global team
*Minimum 2 years of project management experience
*Previous experience using Oracle or other ERP systems
*Previous experience analyzing and manipulating data
*You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
*You must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process.
*You must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.

Desired:
*Bachelor Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Technical Degree
*Experience with supplier negotiations
*Working knowledge of supply chain processes
*Six Sigma, Lean, or process improvement experience
