Production Planner (Master Scheduling, MRP, APICS)

Description:

 

· Monitor the alignment of the Master Schedule in relation to the Sales/Production Plan

· Prepare and implement shipping schedules

· Prepare and implement production schedules

· Balance Capacity Plan and communicate needed adjustments

· Track and control inventory levels and accuracy

· Maintain Shop Floor Control in support of Production Plan

· Input and manage all production planning and procurement data into WDS system

· Determine supplier selections

· Place purchase orders for certain procurements

 

Requirements:

 

 Strong working knowledge of MRP, Good verbal and written communication skills, Strong computer skills,  APICS CPIM Certification required. Minimum (5) years experience in Material Management, Production / Material Control.
