Account Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:Consistent execution of assigned VMI planning responsibilities, including downloading of EDI inventory data, analytical planning, system maintenance, uploading of purchase orders, and professional interaction with assigned VMI customers.Create customer purchase orders based on customer's requirements.Manage each account with the intention of maintaining or exceeding the pre-established desired service levels as measured by delivery performance. Prepare Master Production Schedule for the assigned account(s) that takes into consideration the account’s needs and LHP’s capacity, and material constraints.Work closely with purchasing to clearly communicate short to mid term requirements for labels and bottles/caps.Proactively alert management on any issue that adversely impacts customer service or Inventories. Account Supply Chain Manager will have responsibility for maintaining “ideal” inventory levels across the customer supply chain.  This would include the finished goods inventory at Customer DCs and LHP and inventory of labels /components.Ad hoc management reporting and special projects.

 

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in VMI/production planning in a packaged goods/consumer products environment.

Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Knowledge of MRP.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to interface with professionals at all levels from Customers top Management.Must have a Customer Service and Process Improvement focus.Ability to create Excel reports and PowerPoint Presentations.Demonstrated organizational skills.
