Ticketing Support Specialist Job Description

 Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with the ticketing system

 Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides system assistance to clients

 Coordinates with Developers and IT to resolve problems, bugs, customer requests, upgrades

· Shall strive to insure Company's quality standards are upheld during the implementation process.

· Will instill complete comfort and confidence to the client during the conversion of old ticketing systems information to the XOS System.

· Will assist during the implementation phase in all capacities where needed

· Will work closely with clients and spend significant time via the telephone, assisting box offices with any problems or concerns that may arise.

 Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential ticketing clients

 Providing ticket system training via telephone, Webex, and/or in person

 Building and cultivating excellent client relationships

 Providing outstanding customer care to key clients

 Assisting with promoting and advertising of XOS ticketing system to potential ticketing clients

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 5 years experience in a ticketing supplier environment

 and/or 5  years experience in a Box Office environment

 Established relationships within the Ticketing Environment

 Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

 Must have working knowledge of implementation for new clientele

 Self-Motivated

 

· Must be service orientated

 

· Must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities

 

This position is located at our Corporate Office in Sanford, Florida outside of Orlando.
