Recruiting Executive for expanding Sports Recruiting Company

The path for top athletes to recruitment is well established.  Many web based companies offer their services free to these athletes.  Unfortunately, the path to recruitment for the talented athletes that made it possible for the Star to shine is not well established and sometimes may seem nonexistent.

 

The primary goal of this job posting is to seek individuals extremely interested in helping the non star and star athletes achieve their highest expectations in being recruited by the College or University most interested in someone of their talent proficiency.  Thereby providing a solid path to the highway of one's highest expectations to have a wonderful, full and abundant life.

A good candidate for this position has been actively involved or played for one of the athletic programs of one of the high schools and / or recruiting colleges or universities within this state or region.  However, the only true requirements of this position will reside in an individual with strong personal and communication skills, a love of sports and the desire to help young people reach their goals and aspirations both athletically and scholastically.  If you have these qualifications TVN is extremely interested in you!    

 

Familiarity with coaches and their assistants will greatly enhance the ability to promote the Team Video Network (TVN) features available to both Participant schools and Individuals and the Recruiting Schools and establish the links (portals) necessary to open the communication lines between recruiters and those seeking recruitment.  Skillful communications can open many unfamiliar doors of opportunity. 

 

The Recruiter Executive will work with both high school and junior college teams and a special TVN program for individual athletes desiring to pay a little more to highlight their talents and personal information that would be of interest to the recruiting schools.  The duel role of the Junior colleges as recruiter of high school athletes and supplier of athletes to the larger recruiting colleges and universities make them very special to TVN.  Therefore, working with the Junior College coaches is a very important (initial) task of the Recruiting Executive.  Of course, some states have few if any junior colleges and since there will be multi  TVN Recruiting Executives working in every state there will be a limited number of junior colleges available.  However there are hundred of high schools and individual athletes in every state providing schools for all Candidates interested in working with TVN.  Additionally, Recruiting Executives desiring to work only with high schools are more than welcome to do so. 

 

Most Recruiting Schools in the United States will have a portal on the TVN web site.  This portal opens communication lines between participating High School and Junior College coaches, parents and individual athletes and the coaches and staff of the Recruiting Schools.  Additionally, the connected Recruiting Schools will have access to a data base of the athletes’ statistics and game films from all of the TVN participant High Schools, Junior Colleges and Individual Athletes across the United States.  The individual athlete can communicate directly to the recruiting schools through the established portal. 

 

Participant fees from Junior Colleges, High Schools and Individual Athletes are the revenue streams associated with the 50% commissions of the Recruiting Executive.  No, TVN services are not free.  The value of the Recruiting Executive working with the Participants to reach their goals is well worth the fee.
