Major College Football Game - Sales Coordinator

JobsInSports.com is assisting a Florida based College Football Bowl Game hire a Sales Coordinator for the upcoming bowl season. This is a full time job with benefits. The right candidate will assist with coordinating and implementing the overall ticket campaign strategies to increase revenue, patron base and overall awareness of bowl events throughout the state of Florida.

 

Primary Responsibility:
Accountable for the direct sale of tickets to all Bowl Committee events
Grow the Bowl Committee Patron Base
Coordinate the Patron Maintenance Program
Organize and implement, in conjunction with marketing department, all ticket sales promotions
Assist with implementation process of researching all ticket account for the collection of demographic and other valuable information
Participate with all weekend activities as scheduled throughout the year
Maintain Florida based Alumni Association relationships
Coordinate and maintain Big Buddy sponsor lists, post-event awards, fulfillment
Develop an analysis of each program with ways to improve and enhance both the sponsor and the recipient side of the each program
Maintain complete database of all program sponsors, patrons, and participants
Assist with planning and budgeting
Assistance on all, but not limited to, special projects assigned by the CEO and or Supervisor

 

Create and implement sales strategies of the following ticket campaigns:
General Football Ticket Sales Campaign
Alumni Ticket Campaign
General Basketball Ticket Sales Campaign
Big Buddy Program
School Spirit Program
Ticket Renewal Campaign
Internet Ticket Sales Campaign
Hispanic Scholarship Fund Benefit
3-on-3 Streetball Challenge General

 

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree plus 5 years experience in a similar field
Must have the ability to travel
Excellent communication skills a must
