If you want to be part of a dynamic growing company, then come join our team!  We are currently seeking a Fitness Manager to work at our Palo Alto, CA Club.

As a Fitness Manager, you will assist in the development of the Personal Training staff and ensure the highest level of customer service, quality of personal training sessions and continued growth of the Personal Training department. Key responsibilities include: developing the foundation from which the personal training business operates; supporting the growth and development of the personal training staff; co-managing the member services program; establishing and maintaining the highest standards of quality for the personal training program; acting as understudy for the PT Manager.

To qualify, you must have successfully completed the requirements to be a Tier 2 trainer and possess 2-3 years of previous experience as a Personal Trainer as well as proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting. You must possess current CPR and national personal training certifications and the proven ability to coach and train staff. Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills are essential. You must be energetic, enthusiastic, friendly, passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry. Computer literacy is required.
