Cheerleading Gym Manager

As a Gym Manager you will experience the best of two worlds -- teaching children and business management. You will be responsible for the instruction of children in a progression based curriculum in tumbling, stunting and jump skill classes all pertaining to cheerleading. You will also manage the business by presenting skills in schedule organization, filing systemization, and creating a welcoming environment for the customers. You will manage a group of vibrant instructors dedicated to our mission to keep it, “All about the kids”!

Skills/Qualifications:

 

Previous Cheerleading experience a must.  Degree in Physical Education, Business (or related field), and previous business management experience in an entrepreneurial, growth oriented atmosphere strongly desired. USASF or any safety certification, web knowledge, music mixing is a plus!

 

The right candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication with the ability to persuade and influence individuals and groups, a strong customer focus, the ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and organization, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
