This position involves the research and development of novel immunoassays based Bio-Plex multiarray suspension system. Primary responsibilities include new assay development, data analysis, procedure design assay optimization with additional responsibilities for process development, optimization, and improvement of both novel and existing assay products.

Ph.D in immunology, cell biology, biochemistry or related scientific discipline or equivalent experience.

5+ years experience in industry with emphasis on immunoassay development and optimization, multiplex assay development experience preferred. Experience and knowledge in monoclonal antibody development is a plus.
Required to work effectively while undertaking multiple projects; ability to lead R&D participation, in a cross-functional project teams, proficient with experimental design and data reduction; ability to plan, direct and report the project activities; excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills; demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenging technical problems. The candidate will also provide application support for existing products, technical support for marketing and sales, and demonstrate close interaction with manufacturing and QC for production support.
