Pharmaceutical Company - Entry Level Chemists

Job Description: Kelly Scientific Resources offers a full-range of scientific staffing options and is currently recruiting for two Chemists for a major manufacturer of pharmaceutical products in Phoenix, AZ (East/Central Valley.)

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing tests on raw materials and drug products
- Operation, maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments to include HPLC, pH meter, dissolution equipment, GC, UV, automatic titrator, IR, AA and TLC
- Preparing standard and sample solutions
- Maintaining appropriate records
- Performing wet chemistry tests such as LOD, pH, titration, etc.
- May perform analysis on intermediate and finished products
- Complying with all cGLP/GMP, FDA and safety requirements
- Participating in troubleshooting of analytical test methods and laboratory instruments

We are in search of a qualified candidate with the following experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
- Minimum of 0 - 1 years experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of SOP's, GMP's, and FDA requirements.
