Biochain Institute Inc. located in Hayward, California. is a fast growing product and service provider for life science research and drug discovery. With more than 3,000 tissue ready-to-use products, including reagents and kits for extraction, purification, and analysis, as well as our custom designed products and services. Biochain seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team in Sales and Marketing

 

Responsibilities:Conduct sales through telephone consultation.Develop new leads and identify decision-maker.Bring business opportunity to a successful close by obtaining the order.Increase customer base and revenue within assigned territory.Work in a team environment.Satisfy customer commitments.Maintain or exceed all quotas set.Maintain customer records in database. Maintain appropriate prospect information by utilizing contact management software provided by Biochain.Follow-up leads generated from trade shows or other resources.Maintain open communication with both internal and external customers.

 REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor or Master degree in Life Sciences; such as Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry or Biotechnology or other medical related field.Some customer service and sales history preferred.Experience in research and/or biotechnology fieldsSales experience, preferably selling reagentsSolid computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point)Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skillsMotivated, thorough, detail-oriented, and extremely organizedGood in handling multiple tasks and be result oriented
