MWH, a leader in energy, infrastructure, water and wastewater management, headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, is presently seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Lab Assistant located in Monrovia, CA. MWH Labs is an Environmental Lab for drinking water testing.

Opening will assist in the hazardous waste management and disposal of residual samples. The candidate will ensure timely and safe disposal of laboratory wastes in compliance with all state and federal guidelines. Will be also assisting QA Dept in the implementation of some QC procedures such as thermometer calibration and assisting the lab to comply with state and Federal health and safety regulations.

High School graduate minimum, with at least one college chemistry couse chemistry helpful and computer proficiency is preferred. Prior experience in waste disposal (example Hazwoper training) plus one year related laboratory or hazardous waste experience.
