Help keep The Hair Club for Men and Women a leader in the industry by acting as the Sales Manager who sells products; achieves operational objectives; maintains budgets and controls expenses; establishes sales objectives; maintains and expands customer base; recommends product lines and implements trade promotions. 

 

QualificationsMakes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media.  Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences.Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.  Enjoys a team environment.Inspires people to accomplish the extraordinary.Track record of successful negotiation with the most skilled or resistant groups. Establishes common ground and focuses on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests.Successfully achieves positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance.Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.Inspires other with drive and motivation to sell aggressively.Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.Completes performance appraisals, gives feedback and develops employees.
