Regional Sales Manager - Laminate Flooring

My client is a European based manufacturer of floor covering, fabrics and other decorative interior products. They are a company with tremendous financial resources as the result of doing 1.4 BILLION EUROS OR ABOUT 1.8 BILLION DOLLARS IN very profitable sales last year with consistent growth over the last 20+ years.

 

This client also has a history of once committed to a new market they are successful. HERE IS YOUR CHANCE to get in on the ground floor level and be one of the first 20 employees to put together the US division of one of their proven lamninate flooring manufacturing companies.

 

We need company employed Regional Sales Managers throughout the United States as well as a Marketing Manager and a National Sales Manager. MANY WILL APPLY AND VERY FEW WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS. A Regional Sales Manager will work directly with and develop new wholesale flooring distributors and larger retail operations in an assigned multi-state territory.

 
YOU MUST HAVE 2 PLUS YEARS OF OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE FOR A 'MANUFACTURER OR Manufacturer's REP FIRM SELLING IDEALLY LAMINATE FLOORING TO DISTRIBUTORS AND OR LARGE RETAILERS. WILL CONSIDER SAME LEVEL SALES OF RESILIENT OR HARDWOOD FLOORING .
THIS MUST BE TRUE SALES EXPERIENCE HAVING NEGOTIATED, SOLD AND SET UP NEW DISTRIBUTION AND OR LARGE RETAIL. (MERCHANDISING OR THE SERVICING OF EXISTING ACCOUNTS EVEN FOR A MANUFACTURER WILL NOT QUALIFY
YOU MUST BE WILLING TO DO 50% TRAVEL
