Sales Specialist: Medical Equipment

 

Job Description:
The successful Medical Sales Specialist will drive sales and margin growth for their assigned product lines and programs. He or she will work closely with marketing, national accounts and inside sales to capitalize on product knowledge and customer relationships to surpass sales targets. Current product lines we are seeking Sales Specialists for include Lifts & Transfer, Environmental Services, Resident Monitoring and Smallwares.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Drive growth in sales and margin for assigned product lineUse resources inside and outside of the company to establish necessary customer relationshipsWork with marketing to create required tools including direct marketing to generate leads and presentation materials to close dealsIdentify customer needs and product enhancement/development opportunitiesRecommend pricing strategies on product lines

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical degree required 3-5 years of successful outside sales or experience 30-40% travel required Proven track record of success selling into all levels of an organization Knowledge and experience with new product development and introduction processes helpful Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required including experience with executive presentations Ability to solve difficult problems efficiently with a wide variety of people in different disciplines
