Franchise Sales Manager

Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings is the corporate headquarters of an international franchise company.  Due to unprecedented growth, we are looking for an experienced Franchise Sales Manager. 

Duties include managing a team of inside sales people, prospecting and developing new business by managing relationships with our extensive franchise broker network, as well as creating & closing sales and leading sales development projects.  Must have experience driving strategy and implementation of that strategy for a sales department.


Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in franchise sales, excellent presentation skills, exceptional phone skills and the ability to build relationships with franchise brokers and consultants across North America.  Successful candidates must also have a strong work ethic, a history of high achievement and be self-motivated.
