Assist Travel Guard in its continous role as the leader in Travel Insurance by acting as the Director-Office of the Customer who builds business; identifies business opportunities; sells products; maintains affective relationships; prepares reports; maintains quality service; maintains professional and technical knowledge; contributes to team effort.
Qualifications
Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media. Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences.
Track record of successful negotiation with the most skilled or resistant groups. Establishes common ground and focuses on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests.
Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.
Experience broadening communication channels and developing processes to facilitate the exchange of information among internal and external groups.
Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.
Writes powerfully and persuasively using various styles and effectively addresses different needs and audiences.
Track record of building brands and running effective brand marketing programs, preferably with a leading consumer product.
Develops pricing, packaging, bundling, positioning, and promotion strategies and campaigns to maximize channel effectiveness.
Authority on marketing strategy. Leverages products, services, and partnerships to achieve market creation, penetration, and protection strategies.
Expertly devises and drives complex marketing plans involving multiple departments and organizations.
Takes initiative and pursues opportunities. Jump starts initiatives and sets the pace for the organization.
Expert at all stages of the entrepreneurial process. Develops a repertoire of venture management skills, techniques, and comprehensive business plans for new ventures.

BA/BS or equivalent experience.
