Small Business Times is an established locally owned company in the business of print and electronic publishing.  In addition, Small Business Times conducts several btob events throughout the year.  They include an annual business and technology expo, various closely-held business awards programs, and other events on the economy, innovation, real estate and health care.

We have an immediate opening for an account executive.  We are seeking professionals who like to learn, have fun and be a part of a team. Responsibilities are to understand, sell and service new and existing customers with the end goal in mind of helping them grow their business.  In-print and online advertising along with trade show and event sponsorships are a few of the ways we provide customers with access decision-makers in the southeastern Wisconsin region.

 

Desired Experience:

Demonstartes a positive, team oriented attitude

Excellent consultative selling skills

Minimum three years face-to-face selling experience

Advertising/marketing/media experience

National and/or major account sales experience

Superior presentation skills

Customer oriented focus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Contact-management software experience

Web/internet marketing knowledge is a plus

Ability to build business in a competitive environment

Four-year degree in business/advertising/marketing or related field preferred.
