Home Based Executive Recruiter

P.S. FIRST:  Despite what the Job Board location says (they make us do that) it actually does not matter where you live geographically in the United States.

This is a virtual opportunity for an experienced and successful headhunter / Executive Recruiter - permanent placement or contract placement or both - but at the "executive and managerial" level - who would like to work out of their home but with our resources and "name badge" and who are willing to work on a straight commission / split basis @ 50% of Net Cash In.

Working from home in your PJ's is not easy and not every headhunter can do it. It takes a discipline and level of focus and self-motivation beyond recruiting from an office environment and few have that. But if you are one of the few read on!

I am not looking for help a contract recruiter or help with our current client company's open positions. Our Reading PA office is full of capable recruiters. I am interested in growing outside our office and offering a great opportunity for you to join us in growing. I am looking for full cycle recruiters who will do there own market development and acquire their own job orders and who will resource and network candidates to fill those assignments.

Why then do I need Stonebridge Search Group? Can't I do permanent placement from my kitchen table without you? Sure but without a Search Firm affiliation it is hard to get companies to take you seriously and the life expectancy of a kitchen table recruiter is 6 to 9 months.  Can you do contract/temp staffing by yourself?  Not a chance unless you can assume all the responsibility (payroll, insurance, workers comp, etc) as the employer of record.

REQUIREMENTS:  Proven & demonstratable experience and success in contract and/or permanent placement of managerial and executive level professionals as a recruiter/ "Headhunter" with a staffing or search firm or as an independent "virtual" recruiter. Good professional & Client references required. You may be a great recruiter with a lousy recruiting firm or in relocation or transition or just ready to leave a micro-managing numbers oriented coat and tie boss behind.
