An Inside Sales Career with Neutron Industries, an Industrial Chemical Specialty Manufacturer is the ideal position for you. You'll initially be working from our Phoenix office as you proceed through our training and coaching program where you will develop and grow an account base representing a product line with a repeat buy rate of 75% consisting of businesses in the following industries: Hotel/Motel; Day Care; Health Care; Pet Care, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.

 

Your time working from our office is estimated to be between 9 - 18 months in order to reach the success level you will need to work from your home. In the home environment, you'll continue in a full time sales associate role with all the benefits of sales associates working from the office.

 

We will train the right person even though you may not have prior sales experience. What we are looking for are enthusiastic, goal-focused individuals with high energy who are able to work independently and are self-motivated to achieve. You'll need a clear speaking voice, good written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills and a commitment to long-term success. You will be trained thoroughly on our product line and on the necessary selling skills as you will be assisting customers nationally over the telephone. Additionally, basic math, multi-tasking and organizational skills are needed.

 

Hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. No weekends or evenings. We offer a competitive salary, monthly bonuses and commissions. Average first year total earnings are $24,000 - $30,000. Average 2nd year earnings $28,000 - $34,000. Your income will continue to grow as your account base develops. Additionally we offer comprehensive medical, dental, paid vacation 1st year, tuition reimbursement, and 401K. When you successfully reach the needed metrics to setup your home office, we will supply the basic computer equipment and telephone needs for long distance purposes through our systems for you.
