Sales Consultant

We are seeking a full time sales consultant for wireless phone sales; as well as holiday employment for the right candidate. This position is responsible for generating business in a retail environment through outside networking activities, cold calling to business’ and telemarketing activities. The representative will see their customers through the sales process from introduction to follow-up calls post-sale to ensure satisfaction. This is a retail store open 7 days a week and will require 7 day workweek flexibility (40 hours/wk). Nights, weekends, and holidays are required. A thorough knowledge of the wireless industry is required to facilitate proper customer service and achieve sales targets. Ongoing training and education is provided and required to become a member of our sales force.

Job Requirements:

 

-We require 1 year of wireless sales experience and 2-3 years of general sales experience.

-A desire to meet the needs of our customers and a need to be number one on the sales team is a must.

 

Our focus is on customer care and retention, repeat business is key to your success.

-You must be confident and proficient on the phone; with cold calls and follow-up calls.

-Strong customer base management is fundamental to your overall success with APEX Communications.

-Team attitude is a must.

-Computer use and competence is required, MS Excel, Word and Explorer usage and proficiency is required.
