Regional Sales Manager, Utility Products

Reporting to the Director, Sales, the successful applicant will manage key utility customer accounts and distributors while coordinating utility product sales for the south western U.S. Primary focus will be on sales service, managing product mix, gross margin analysis and developing programs to identify market segments and preferred account base.  In addition, the successful candidate will assist in developing sales plans, business/strategic plans, identifying competitor activity and preparing monthly reports/forecasts.

 

We are seeking a proactive highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with 3-5 years sales experience working in the electrical industry with Utility customers. Knowledge of product/industry, demonstrated ability to sell and meet forecasts and an undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering, are required.
