Regional Sales Manager, Unitary Products - Western Region

Fedders Corporation provides air conditioning and other air treatment products for commercial and residential applications to markets worldwide.  Product lines include residential central air conditioning systems, including condensing units, air handlers, gas furnaces, air cleaners, and humidifiers, as well as rooftop, vertical and horizontal packaged air conditioners and heat pumps for commercial, residential and telecommunications applications and also, appliance air treatment products.

 

An opportunity exists for a Regional Sales Manager, Unitary Products for our Western Region.  Reporting into the Executive Vice President, Distributed Products, the person we seek will be responsible for the development of new distribution, as well as, the management of all sales and marketing for Unitary Products.

 

Specific responsibilities include: assisting the EVP, Distributed Products with the continued development of existing accounts and brand strategy; obtaining and benchmarking competitive information; gaining market share by adding new regional accounts and regional distributors; sales training and servicing of all regional accounts; managing Manufacturers Representatives assigned to the region; submitting required timely reports and other projects, as assigned.

 

The candidate we seek will have a minimum of five years related successful sales experience with a HVAC manufacturing company that goes to market through distributors.  The ability to travel, excellent communication and pc skills are also essential.
