Contract Mortgage Recruiter - Phoenix, AZ

As a Contract Recruiter for Chase Home Mortgage, you will partner with your Divisional & Regional managers to create and implement strategies to identify mortgage originators that will support the production & sales force growth.  In this role, you will:
Cold call into targeted companies to identify top talent and establish a network of mortgage originators.
Gather competitor data.
Attend mortgage related industry events.
Identify opportunities to attract mortgage originators within targeted markets.
Leverage CHM competitive advantages.
Create relationships between competitor LO’s and CHM managers.
Create & maintain a talent database.
Partner with a Sales Recruiter who will assist with recruiting these new relationships for CHM opportunities.

 To be successful in this role, you will identify and hire no less than 5 mortgage originators from our competitors from your sales strategies.


Minimum of three years of recruiting experience is required.
One year of mortgage originations recruitment experience is required.
Mortgage lending or mortgage banking experience preferred.
Sales and consulting skills required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge of real estate market in local area.
