We currently seek a Client Services Director to supervise the Account Management team and be responsible for fulfillment, maintenance and support of Listing an Ad Auction product Lines. This is a great opportunity to be involved with the latest technology on the most visited real estate network on the web.

Responsibilities:
The Client Services Director will supervise the account management team responsible for fulfillment, maintenance and support of Listing and ad Auction product lines. Train and supervise staff in monitoring and analyst of ad campaigns. Train and supervise staff in keyword list management, drafting advertising copy and maximization campaign performance. Work with sales and clients to achieve improvements inn campaign performance. Ensure timely responses are provided to client and sales inquiries. Monitor client services team performance and productivity. Train client services team on new processes and technologies. Handle escalated sales/customer issues. Will also be responsible for personnel attendance, payroll, bonuses and benefit issues of 20 plus account managers and overall content management of Listing and Ad Auction product lines.


Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or GED, BA preferred

At least 2-3 years of online ad auction/search engine marking experience
At least 3 years of customer service experience
At least 5 years supervisor experience
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Work well with others and must be able to manage cross 'departmental expectations
Must be highly technical and able to learn new systems quickly
Must be detailed oriented, versatile and flexible team player
Must be able to manage multiple projects at once.
