We currently have an immediate opening for a Branch Manager to be based out of our branch office in Phoenix, AZ. The Branch Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to market and sell InteliStaf Healthcare products and services that include Per Diem Supplemental Staffing to senior healthcare C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, CNOs, etc) at hospitals, health systems and long term care facilities located in their specified regions. This position will set to new and existing clients, while developing and maintaining relations during and after the sales cycle is complete.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for direct supervision of branch office personnel and the establishment and maintenance of the P&L for a multi-million dollar territory.

•Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business or related field required.
•Minimum 4 years successful direct sales, account management or supplemental staffing experience to senior/executive management required.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; possess excellent organizational and analytical skills and the ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines and sales metrics/quotas.
•Must possess outstanding customer service orientation, client and P&L management and the ability to travel locally.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and knowledge of sales management tools and databases would be helpful.
