Account Manager

Our goal is to find an Account Manager



To provide Sales and Client support.

To place & create printed ad material and verify ad proof against copy.

To assist in order placement, handle client problems & act as intermediary for other depts.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  





Generate and review client orders for MailSouth’s turnkey products to ensure proper advertising fulfillment.

Assist client in creating/maintaining mailing profiles, acting as a liaison with National Network Sales as necessary.·

Assist Sales Representatives in securing reservations of clients’ products as necessary for contract renewals.·

Prepare rough layouts and paperwork for Graphic Services to assemble and prepare final layouts for printing.·

Assist client with graphic changes and obtaining final proofs within program planner deadlines.·

Verify ad proof against submitted copy, marking errors that appear in proof.·

Serve as internal contact for assigned accounts/sales personnel to assist with fulfillment issues.·

Assist sales personnel and clients with problem resolution.

Experience and Skills:

Requires Computer experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent Customer Service skills needed.

Graphics experience helpful.

Previous print ad experience preferred.
