Field Service Rep - Rawling

Coinstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSTR) is a multi-national company offering a range of 4th Wall(TM) solutions for the retailers' front of store consisting of self-service coin counting, electronic payment solutions, entertainment services and self-service DVD rental has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Service Representative.

FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Summary of key responsibilities:

Drive truck or automobile during scheduled daily distribution of product to
machines at various locations on the route.
Collect money from machines and record amount totals.
Keep daily record of product distributed to each machine, calculate number of
vends and vend ratios.
Provide quality customer service through regular interaction and
communication with account managers, owners, employees, and players.
Communicate status of machines and customer accounts to Team Leaders.
Interact with co-workers and promote a positive and productive working.

Account for the security of all money, machines, and merchandise on the
route. This includes reporting machine vandalism and theft as well as
researching shortages/overages of money collected.
Keep machines cleaned and maintained in proper working order. This
includes route maintenance as needed.
Keep daily inventory record of merchandise taken from warehouse stock.
Maintain company tools in proper working condition.
Listen to and resolve service complaints.
Place product in machines to maximize presentation and sales.
Load and unload product from truck or automobile.
Clean and perform routine maintenance on vehicle.
Help install and remove equipment from locations.
Adhere to all Product Merchandising Programs, Company Machine Standards,
and any special requests for products as identified by the Route Manager or
General Manager.

Preferable Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Other Requirements:
Current drivers license in good standing required. Background checks and
drug tests will be required.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently
lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50
pounds or more.
