Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager

High-volume restaurant in Baldwin County, Alabama, is looking for experienced candidates to fill management positions.  The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of quality experience as a manager in the restaurant industry, preferably in larger, high-volume operations. You must be able to show a track record of your role in improving the performance of the operation(s) you have worked in.  Being able to demonstrate the ability to dynamically lead restaurant personnel in an upbeat, motivational environment is a must. A strong preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the business side of the industry.  A related degree is a plus but not a must-have.
