The Claddagh Irish Pubs upscale casual restaurants is seeking a General Manager for our Madison location.

 

We currently have 17 high volume restaurants and are opening 3 to 5 new units per year. We've opened them in burgeoning metro areas all throughout the Midwest. Our great tasting food & spirits are so well received, that we're looking to expand in even more markets all around the country!

 

Each pub is similar - yet has its own distinct feel - with the majority of the decor shipped in straight from Ireland! Requirements:

· Demonstrates an ownership mentality and a passion for the business

· Demonstrates professionalism, business maturity and self-sufficiency

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Computer knowledge (Word, Excel and POS)

· High Energy Level

· Basic accounting knowledge

· Certified in Food Safety

· Working knowledge of basic labor laws

· High volume food operation experience

· Certified in one of the Liquor programs (FOH - TIPS, TAM, Bar Code)
