Our client is a rapidly growing and instantly recognizable name in the cosmetics and personal care industry. They are looking for a Senior Level Formulations Chemist to implement, develop and then expand their natural products line. You will answer to the Director of R&D and the owner of the company! While leading a team of technicians!

Key Skills & Qualities Include:
- Works with minimal direction, independently designs experiments and schedules daily work activities
- Assist staff with formulation, scope and objectives of assigned projects.
- Help define objectives of new projects (developing, implementing, and new technology for natural, organic and organic certified projects.)
- Assist in project feasibility and cost analysis regards to timelines.
- Assists in developing solutions to a wide range of complex problems that require ingenuity and creativity.

The successful candidates will possess a B.S. or higher degree and at least 2-5 years experience in a team leader role, conducting the majority of activities outlined above.
