Responsibilities:

·         Produce lab submissions through communicating with product development

·         Formulate simple formulas under supervision

·         Color match samples

·         Supervise pilot batches

·         Maintain stability on lab samples

·         Support chemists

 

Requirements / Education / Experience / Skills:High School diploma, college degree preferred2 – 5 yrs experience as R & D lab technician in skin care and personal products. Must be flexible and work well in a team environment. Organized with a strong attention to detail Self-motivated Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with little supervision. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
