Nitride and ZnO (bulk, MOCVD, MBE ) Growth & Device Processing  

 

ZN Technology is a dynamic high-tech company currently engaged in the development of GaN and ZnO based semiconductor devices.

 

ZNT is seeking experienced Engineers & Scientists in 1) ZnO bulk growth, 2) GaN MOCVD and 3) ZnO MOCVD & ZnO MBE growth, 4) GaN bulk growth, and 5) ZnO & GaN device processing.  Candidates must be familiar with ZnO or GaN growth or processing and maintenance of the equipment. GaN or ZnO industry experience is a plus.

 

Masters degree or Ph.Ds.
