C3 System Operations Engineer
Pannesma, a leading Company in the Operations and Maintenance Field in Saudi Arabia, has been awarded a contract by the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) C3 Program. We are soliciting resumes for positions in Al Kharj, Khamis, Jeddah, Taif, Tabuk, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
For the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Pannesma offers operations and maintenance services for vast range of industries and equipment. Over 1000 professionals and skilled personnel provide the manpower and management resources to support operations as diverse as radar, modern combat control, telecommunications, Computer Engineering, airport, vehicle maintenance, construction logistics and property administration. We also provide technical services and training at different levels to counterpart RSAF Officers.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Specialization: Operations Research or Systems
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university. Past experience in the Command, Control and Communications field to include:Five years experience in Aviation or Command, Control and Communication operations.
Five years experience in operational plans.
Five years experience in developing Command, Control and Communication Systems.
General knowledge in computer networks and all its terminals.
Completed advanced courses in electronic and communication networking.
Experienced in researching, organizing, studying and identifying system requirements.
Have past experience in training, certification and curricula preparations to include OJT.
Work closely with the military officials to ensure all plans and programs are implemented.
Have good command of written and spoken English.
Have good command and experience in computer operation and usage.
Experience in Planning and conducting independent work within a work unit which
requires judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and
adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.
Working knowledge of precedents in the specialty area, the principles
and practices of related technical areas and of coordinating work with
other technical disciplines.
Normally uses conventional approaches to technical problems encountered.
Responsibilities:
Research, Develop and implement the system operational capabilities and procedures.
Study, review, organize and develop the system procedures and concepts.
Assist all users in identifying requirements and study of new systems.
Ensure all operational procedures, books and manuals are available, complete and updated and that all work is being performed as per operational procedures, books and manuals.
Make improvements and recommendations for improvements of operational procedures etc.
Organize and conduct research, studies and analyses for identifying the level and operational condition of the system.
Organize and conduct research, studies and analyses for developing the systems devices.
Prepare, organize and submit periodic reports and evaluations of procedures and the level of system performance.
Perform all assigned work and duties to enhance the develop performance.
Maintain system to high standard of operation. Coordinate all system requirements etc. with authorizing agency to ensure operations are undisturbed.
Devise new approaches to solving problems.
Have a broad knowledge of the application of C3 System engineering to provide engineering consultation for the Air Force telecommunication systems.
Able take direction and accept any work assignments given by host country officers or managers.
Organize and create curricula and training on equipment for the Air Force personnel either in the classroom or in the work area (OJT).
Provide direction and willingness to train and mentor host country nationals
Must be able to take the initiative and be able to think on his feet.
