Algorithm Engineer

As a key member of our algorithm team you will originate highly advanced algorithms to be used in the field of epilepsy diagnosis and treatment.
INITIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Among other challenges, you will have the opportunity to:Research, design, implement, and test advanced signal processing and data mining algorithms implemented in MATLAB Re-factor algorithms for implementation in commercial products Review and interpret literature for latest methods and ideas relating to algorithms Collaborate on and publish articles in accordance with our publishing strategy As the company grows, you will be given the opportunity to take on additional challenges that will contribute to your long-term career growth and professional success
QUALIFICATIONS
· BS in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
· MS or PhD highly desirable, with emphasis of study on algorithm development, data mining, signal processing or related field
· At least 3 years corporate experience in pattern recognition/matching, and feature extraction
· Expert level MATLAB programming skills
· Proficient in C, C++
· Embedded software design expertise
· Experience with configuration management software, build systems and issue tracking software
